Data Collection and Usage

We are committed to protecting your privacy and only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services.

The only personal data we collect is:

• Email addresses and related information when you contact us through our contact form
• Your name, email address and date of birth if you ask to join the LALUNA Social Club waiting list, and your phone number if you choose to give it

Email Processing

We use Resend as our email service provider to process and send emails. When you submit a contact form:

• Emails are retained only as long as necessary to address your request
• This data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry
• Your email address and message content are processed through Resend's secure servers

LALUNA Social Club Waiting List

If you ask to join the LALUNA Social Club, we collect your name, email address and date of birth. We use this data only to manage the waiting list and to invite you to Social Club experiences. Your invitation is sent by email.

The phone number is optional. We ask for it only so we can reach you at short notice about an experience, and we use it for nothing else. Leaving it empty does not affect your place on the list.

Your date of birth is used for a single purpose: to confirm that you are at least 18 years old, which is a condition of membership. We do not use it for any other purpose.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form.

• Your entry is stored with Supabase on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union
• If you become a member, we keep your entry until you withdraw your consent
• If you do not, we delete your entry automatically two months after you signed up
• We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes
• If we invite you to a WhatsApp channel, joining is entirely up to you — we cannot add you to it ourselves

You can withdraw at any time, with one click and without giving a reason. Every message we send you carries a personal link, and the confirmation email you receive when you sign up carries it too. If you no longer have that email, you can request a new link. Your entry is deleted the moment you confirm.

If you would rather write to us, use info@suedtirolcreator.com. We delete your entry within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

Where Your Data Is Processed

A small number of service providers help us run this website. Each processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement with us.

• Supabase stores the Social Club waiting list, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union
• Resend delivers our email. Your name and email address pass through it, and it stores message and delivery data in the United States
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses
• Sanity stores the content of this website — texts, images and event information. It holds none of your personal data

Where this involves transferring data outside the European Union, as it does with Resend and Vercel, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Resend is additionally certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to object to processing of your personal data
• Right to data portability
• Right to restrict processing of your personal data
• Right to erasure of your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
• Right to access your personal data
